Ship it in from anywhere in the country.
Board-level and microsoldering repair isn't easy to find locally. If you're outside Brevard County, mail-in gets you the same component-level diagnosis and repair as someone who drops off in person.
Drop-off comes first, mail-in reaches everyone else
Local drop-off in Palm Bay, Melbourne, Brevard County, the Space Coast, Treasure Coast is the primary way we take in work. Mail-in exists for marine, industrial, automotive, and vintage-audio owners everywhere else who don't have a board-level repair option anywhere near home — the process and the repair are identical either way. We don't publish a shipping address up front; once we know what's coming, we reply with mail-in and shipping instructions.
How mail-in works.
The same bench process, with shipping on both ends.

Free · no obligationPack it and ship it
Follow the instructions we send: pack the unit securely, ship it with tracking, and let us know it's on the way.
You approve, we repair
Free diagnosis, then a firm quote and estimated turnaround before anything happens to your board. Approve it and we repair, test, and ship it back.
When there's no local board-level shop
Most repair counters, local or national, are set up to swap the unit rather than diagnose the board, because that's what works at their volume. If there's no board-level marine, industrial, automotive, or vintage-audio specialist near you, mail-in gets you the component-level repair without the drive.
